Travel notes summary: Hsinchu Longchang Restaurant (Chinese family-style dishes). Another weekend spent shuttling between playing sports and eating. On Friday night, I played badminton with my colleague Lydia and her church friends at the ITRI Guangming Hsinchu courts until almost 10 PM. Saturday was the same, playing badminton all afternoon with a few friends from UMC. After playing, of course, it was time to eat. I asked everyone for their opinions. Rafter said he didn't want Western food today and preferred a Chinese restaurant. TS was okay with anything. So, Morgan thought for a moment... Hmm, there's a place I've been wanting to try but haven't had the chance. But there were only three of us. The worst thing about family-style dishes is having too few people because you can't order many dishes. What to do? No problem, just scrolled through my phone contacts and randomly invited people.
