Travel Notes: Moulin Rouge in Paris. Last night, I spent 200 euros (about 7,200 NTD) to have someone help me buy a last-minute ticket for the Sunday evening Moulin Rouge show. Then, I took a taxi for over 40 minutes to the red-light district in the 18th arrondissement of Paris to see the Moulin Rouge performance, which I'd heard about since childhood.
