Travel note summary: Zhejiang, Hengdian, Jiu Dian Film Set. Today, Andrew and I traveled from Hangzhou to Hengdian to visit Brother Leon's childhood neighbor from Kaohsiung, Brother Shaohong. Brother Shaohong has spent about twenty years in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hengdian, having worked as an actor, producer, and director (https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E4%BD%95%E7%B4%B9%E5%AE%8F/20593499). He recently published a book and has been living in the famous film and TV base, Hengdian, these past few years. After having coffee in the evening, Brother Shaohong treated us to Northeastern-style barbecue. Then he took us to see some short drama filming sets, and finally to a bar to continue chatting. Coincidentally, Andrew's company has invested in a live-streaming media company (Xing Ka), so we discussed some potential collaborations with Brother Shaohong.
