Location: Shenzhen Nanshan Qingqing World. Travel note: Yesterday, my university classmate Junming came to Hong Kong to see me before returning to Taiwan from Shenzhen. We casually chatted about his recent fun visit to Google's headquarters in the US and their group's recent IPO plans for industrial internet and remote planning. Today, Junming and I swapped places—I came from Hong Kong to Shenzhen for a casual stroll. Qingqing World is a fairly large park with an 80 RMB entrance fee. Inside, there's a tropical rainforest zone that's quite interesting—they hand out umbrellas and spray water from above to simulate a rainforest environment. Seeing all the green plants and creatures like insects, fish, frogs, mice, and butterflies gave me a slight taste of nature amidst the concrete city. By Morgan on 2018.8.26
