Location: Shenzhen, Grand Hyatt Hotel, 37F Belle Vue French Restaurant, first visit. (Note: A place I ended up visiting over ten times later.) Travel note: Today is Manager Liang's birthday, and he treated everyone to a meal. Also joining was his good friend Jordan, the CIO of Schroder Investment Trust. Manager Liang ordered Australian 9+ ribeye steak for everyone—this was my first time having a high-quality steak since coming to Shenzhen, both in terms of meat quality and overall aroma. It wasn't cheap either; excluding drinks, each person spent around over 1,200 RMB. But the private room was quiet, and the high-rise night view was nice—definitely a good upscale restaurant.
