Also at the table was one of Manager Liang's good friends, Jordan, the Chief Investment Officer of Schroder Investment Trust. Manager Liang ordered an Australian 9+ ribeye steak for each of us. This was actually the first time since coming to Shenzhen that I've had a steak of such high quality, both in terms of the meat and overall aroma. However, it wasn't cheap either—excluding wine, each person spent about over 1,200 RMB. But the private room was quiet enough, and the high-altitude night view overlooking the city was nice.
