Travel Notes: (Note: Overall excellent—this became a Japanese restaurant I visited nearly ten times after this first visit.) Dinner with Mr. Liang. The owner and head chef is Japanese, so the food is very authentic. We opened two bottles of Chilean and South African red wine.
