Travel note: My senior from ramen class came to Shenzhen from Taiwan for business these days, so we arranged to have dinner together. It happened to be a rainy day with a slight chill, perfect for hot pot. This restaurant even has Sichuan opera face-changing performances during dinner hours. We ordered the mildest spicy broth, and the flavor was just right.
