Travel note summary: Shenzhen, Little Shell, Hubei Cuisine Restaurant. This evening, my military buddy from the national defense service, Yujia, suddenly called. He happened to be in Shenzhen for business at Tencent's headquarters in Nanshan and asked me to eat together. So after work, I took a taxi to Futian District. It's been about five years since I last saw Yujia—time flies. After successfully entering the Southeast Asian and Myanmar markets, he's recently been spending more time cultivating the Indian market, so he just returned from India. Also at the table were two new friends: Murphy, who works as a headhunter in the tech industry, recently focusing more on recruiting for Huawei's HiSilicon department; and Zhiheng, whose company headquarters is in Finland, mainly doing mobile phone firmware and software, with a team of nearly 100 people. He now lives in Finland permanently, occasionally coming to Shenzhen on business. As we chatted, it turned out Yujia knows the founder of MStar, Yang Weiyi (now CTO of Yangtze Memory Technologies under Tsinghua Unigroup).
