Travel note summary: Ranked #1 in Shenzhen for barbecue on Dianping. I came to support them partly because the boss, Mr. Lin, is Taiwanese—they also have a shop near Linsen North Road. They treated me to a serving of M9-grade Wagyu short rib; the marbling was beautifully distributed and it truly melted in the mouth.
