Travel note: Today was the company's year-end dinner. Over the past five days, I've had Shanghai cuisine at Yu Garden, Taiwanese hot pot at Qian Wei Shuan, and Hangzhou dishes at Grandma's Home. Today, we switched to Northwest cuisine. Seeing the grilled lamb chops, grilled lamb leg, and big plate chicken on the table brought back memories of my trip to Xinjiang a few years ago. Time flies! After dinner, we went to a KTV jointly invested by Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Many song subtitles were in traditional Chinese characters, giving it a strong Taiwanese vibe.
