Travel note summary: A busy day. Went to Hong Kong for a meeting in the morning, then hurried back to Shenzhen right after lunch to accompany Manager Liang in interviewing a candidate from Taiwan. Chris is quite a talent too—graduated with a degree in Financial Engineering, worked in two major proprietary trading departments, then went to London for a dual master's in Computer Science. After the interview, I took him out for dinner and we continued chatting about many things. Just as I guessed after seeing his photo on 104, he's an easygoing person. Recently, many excellent people have had the opportunity to join the team one after another. As for my own many shortcomings, I need to work even harder. @@
