It’s right next to Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station (a one-minute walk). The studio is about 7 ping, the single rooms around 4–5 ping. Rent is 9500 for the studio, 6000–6500 for the single rooms, including internet, cable TV, water, shared electricity, and management fees. You only pay for your personal electricity usage.
