Lately, I've been having quite a connection with Australia. Not long ago, I received a letter from an Australian girl named Simone asking me a question about MultiCharts. I took a look and it wasn't too difficult, so I helped her out. I got a 'Thanks Morgan, huge help as always.' in return. Today, suddenly, a Suzhou uncle named Robert, who immigrated to Australia 25 years ago and once worked at the Sydney Exchange, wrote to me asking about integrating TradeStation and Interactive Brokers. So tonight, while jotting down key takeaways from the seminar I attended this afternoon, I chatted with him on Skype and gave him a better solution. At the end of our conversation, he said that when he returns to China from Australia at the end of the year, he'll make a special trip to thank me in person and meet me face-to-face. Although occasionally spending a little time helping others takes away some of my own rest time, ultimately, hearing these words of gratitude makes me feel that maybe life is a bit more meaningful this way. :P By Morgan, on the night of June 13, 2015.
