Travel Notes Summary: Today I explored the southeastern part of Hong Kong. Kowloon Walled City was once the most densely populated place in the world and a historically chaotic area in Hong Kong. Stephen Chow's movie 'Kung Fu Hustle' drew inspiration from here. After the Sino-British agreement, it was demolished and turned into the current memorial park. From Lok Fu MTR Station, it's about a 10–15 minute walk. After leaving, I headed to Tai Koo Station, where one of the filming locations for 'Transformers 4'—the 'Monster Building'—is located. Hong Kong's extreme population density is world-famous, with so many people living in such limited space. Next, I went toward Quarry Bay and hiked up the Braemar Hill Trail to Tai Tam Reservoir. Sweat poured from my arms and whole body as I panted up the steep slope, taking several breaks. Luckily, I made up time on the downhill and finished the entire hike within the standard three hours.
