The dinner buffet costs about over five hundred Hong Kong dollars per person plus 10%. I wasn't very hungry, so I just ordered a rosemary lamb chop and opened a bottle of red wine. The dining environment here is quite spacious, allowing one to relax and enjoy. However, Boss Liang brought up again tonight the idea of me going to Hong Kong later to pursue a Ph.D. It's been so many years since I graduated with a Master's degree; I've forgotten too much.
