Location: Hong Kong, Yau Ma Tei/Jordan, Macau Soup Brisket King, Kai Kai Dessert, Yee Shun Milk Company, Hing Kee Claypot Rice
Travel Notes: Macau Soup Brisket King: beef brisket lo mein; Kai Kai: walnut soup (Michelin Guide snack); Yee Shun Milk Company: famous double-steamed milk; Hing Kee: oyster omelette, claypot rice with chicken and Chinese sausage (Temple Street). Today, my university club junior SAKAYA, whom I hadn't seen in ten years, was in Hong Kong for a company trip and asked me to eat together. So from 1 PM, with SAKAYA and a colleague from Nikon, we ate non-stop until 7 PM before parting ways—they had to catch a flight back to Taiwan from Hong Kong Airport around 9 PM. It was great to meet this old friend I've known for over 17 years. Time keeps turning like gears; many things feel like just yesterday, yet in a blink, it's as if we've crossed mountains and rivers. But SAKAYA hasn't changed much, huh~ By Morgan on the evening of 2016.5.15
