Travel Note: Had dinner tonight with my Hong Kong colleague Kehuai and his wife Nicole. We went to a restaurant in Shek Kip Mei, located upstairs in a traditional market within the Nam Shan Estate. It started as a dai pai dong and grew so popular that it now has its own shop. The dishes are all very distinctive, paired with lemon Coke drinks with lemon slices—a truly Hong Kong-style dinner. I originally wanted to treat Kehuai, but he ended up paying instead. Wishing everyone health, safety, and smooth sailing! :)
