Travel note: After coming down from Victoria Peak, I met up with Ruei, who lives on Hong Kong Island. We first visited Tai Kwun, which was converted from a former prison, then went to Lan Kwai Fong for a drink. This bar has many Arab water pipes on the walls, like the ones we smoked in Central Asia before. The River Nile cocktail I wanted was out of stock, so I switched to a Casino to try. We also chatted about Ruei's experience in her new job at a foreign pharmaceutical company over the past few months. A Sunday night, Cheers!
