Location: Hong Kong Causeway Bay, Ho Hung Kee Wonton Noodles
Travel note summary: Ho Hung Kee Wonton Noodles (Michelin One Star) in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. I went out to pick up my repaired laptop and顺便 came here for a meal. This over-70-year-old shop, established in 1946, started as a street stall and has now grown into a large restaurant, even earning a Michelin star for its wonton noodles. Besides the fresh shrimp wonton noodles, the congee here is also excellent, cooked over an open flame until very soft and mushy, almost leaving no rice grains behind, just the fragrance of rice. As a single-person lunch, it was just right. :) By Morgan on 2019.10.21
