Travel Notes Summary: Noah's Ark is a theme park located next to the Tsing Ma Bridge. I took bus 249X from Sha Tin and arrived at Tsing Yi Station after 40 minutes, then transferred to bus 330 to the Noah's Ark stop in Ma Wan. After buying tickets at the front desk, I entered the simulated ship hull, which is a museum displaying scientific and animal knowledge, with videos about Earth or floods playing at set times. After leaving Noah's Ark, the Park Island Ferry Pier is right next door. Swiping my Octopus card, I took a ferry directly to Central Pier. Back at Central Pier No. 2, seeing it was still early, I walked to Pier No. 5 and impulsively hopped on a ferry to Cheung Chau. Cheung Chau is famous for being the hiding place of the 18th-century Guangdong pirate king Cheung Po Tsai, with a mysterious cave. After getting off the pier, I walked to the right—the round trip took over an hour. To reach the cave, I had to hike a sweat-inducing mountain trail, which also fulfilled this week's exercise quota.
