Travel note: Previously tried 3-star French cuisine at Robuchon in Taipei and Stay with 3-star chef Yannick. This time in Hong Kong, came with Junhong to try this 3-star Italian restaurant. The 4-course lunch set is 1080+10% HKD. We ordered a set plus some à la carte items, totaling over 2000 HKD (about 9000 TWD). The standout feature is probably its truffle—the server brings a cart over and shaves fresh truffle right in front of you. Maybe because it's freshly shaved, the aroma is softer and more pleasant, more likable than the truffle at Maison de la Truffe in Taipei.
