Location: Kaohsiung – Cishan, Meinong & Baolai two-day trip
Travel notes summary: A two-day trip to Cishan, Meinong & Baolai in Kaohsiung. In Cishan, we visited the old street, Tianhou Temple, Cishan Station, and tried banana egg rolls. In Meinong, we saw Zhongzheng Lake, the flower festival, Dongmen Tower, ate Wu's flat rice noodles, and visited a tobacco barn. In Baolai, we stayed at Corner 26 Villa, enjoyed hot spring baths and Thai cuisine. Although this was a family trip, I revisited many places from my student days—like Zhongzheng Lake, where Guo Xiaoping and I once got lost, and Baolai, which Jinli and I always passed through on our adventures camping along the Southern Cross-Island Highway. Even after all these years, with so much changed and everyone scattered, these memories tucked in my heart remain unchanged. Time moves forward, so let's keep creating new memories.
