Kowloon Walled City was once the place with the highest population density in the world and a very rough area in old Hong Kong. Stephen Chow's movie 'Kung Fu Hustle' used it as a reference for scenes. After the Sino-British agreement, it was demolished and turned into this memorial park. From Lok Fu MTR station, it's about a 10-15 minute walk. After leaving, I made my way to Tai Koo Station, where one of the filming locations for 'Transformers 4' is: the Monster Building. Hong Kong's cramped living conditions are indeed world-famous—so many people living in such limited space. Next stop, heading towards Quarry Bay. From here, you can take the Mount Parker Road Green Trail up the mountain to Tai Tam Reservoir. Sweat kept flowing from my arms and whole body as I walked.
