Location: Ukraine, Kiev, first visit to Kanapa restaurant. Travel note: After walking around the city all day, in the evening I came to a fantastic local restaurant—Kanapa. You can try many unique local dishes here. Before the appetizers, there's a special nastoyka—it's a drink made from eight types of vodka infused with flavors like raspberry, blueberry, apple, buckthorn... a rainbow of colors. Drink it while enjoying the appetizers: bread spread with butter and topped with three kinds of caviar or various poultry liver pâtés. Excellent flavor married! Plus two French red wines.
