Travel note: That Izakaya on Suiyuan Road in Taichung. In the afternoon, I taught Gail programming and briefly explained the difference between call by value and call by reference. After class, Steven suddenly contacted me to ask about options, so we met halfway for dinner. Over the meal, I tried to explain the principles and workings of options in simple terms. The pandemic still hits many restaurants hard—we practically had the place to ourselves all night.
