I thought I’d already visited over a hundred wine bars in Taipei and had seen almost everything, but Alice sent me a newly opened June spot: Changhua Wine Bar in Zhongshan District. The owner, Eric, was previously a sommelier at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and since he’s from Changhua, he opened this new wine bar here.
