Travel Note: My older sister and brother-in-law came up from Linkou to have a meal with me and my younger brother. I thought about it and remembered that the Royal Hotel's Japanese afternoon tea is quite famous, so we decided to meet here. It turned out to be pretty good—a nice spot for a light bite rather than a full meal! :)
