This afternoon I first stopped by Vuoi del Vino (葡沃酒選), a new wine bar that only opened in April; owner Katherine was an architect in New York, later got into wine and earned her CMS sommelier certification in the U.S., then returned to Taiwan and recently opened this place. The two glasses I ordered—a German Riesling and a Spanish red—were both excellent, nothing like your usual by-the-glass list. In the evening I met up with Sunny, whom I’d just met last week, at Tilt at the Capella hotel for a drink, and then we moved on to Weishiwei. Cheers~ By Morgan @2026.7.28 evening
