Location: Taipei Hana 錵 Premium Teppanyaki
Travel note summary: After binge-reading 18 volumes of the Korean manhwa 'Hot-Blooded Jianghu' this afternoon, I came here for dinner. This nearly 36-year-old establishment is one of Taipei's famous teppanyaki spots. The evening set menu costs around 2,000 to 3,000 NTD (excluding drinks). The surf and turf course is quite varied—appetizer, bread, salad, bacon-wrapped scallop roll, prawn, cod, sirloin steak, dessert, drinks... I was pretty full after the whole set. But it's also a hard-to-book place; for a last-minute weekend reservation, we had to wait until after 8 PM for a table. @@
