Second visits to Taipei's 333 Gallery and La Macération (Chengxin Chengyi) — I stopped by Maxim's studio in the evening to see the new exhibition with Teacher Bai Yu, featuring paintings made from colorful mineral stones. After a Korean dinner at Doudouli with the junior and Jerry, I met Alice — who's back in wine sales — at Teacher Nie Fanxun's new, much more spacious shop, where we opened a northern Italian red (Freisa grape), tried French and Spanish brandies, and encountered Alice's old friend Director Weng from Mackay Memorial Hospital. We shared the Italian red with Director Weng, and he kindly treated us to a 1976 Amarone — cheers! — Morgan, 2026.7.18 evening.
