Location: Shenzhen, Damu/Bafangke Chaoshan Beef Hot Pot
Travel note: Chaoshan beef hot pot is incredibly satisfying, so I had it for both meals today. Various cuts of beef, cooked for just 8 seconds, are tender and sweet. Add handmade meatballs, rich beef bone broth, vegetable platters... every meal leaves me fully content and stuffed. Thanks to Senior Peter for treating me to lunch! :)
