Travel note: At Xiaoliangshan Creative Yunnan Cuisine in Shenzhen, we tried lemon river fish, papaya chicken, Puer beef pot, Shiping tofu, and spicy pig trotters. The flavors were unique and quite tasty—the sour and spicy notes left a deep impression. Bon voyage, and thanks to JJ for the treat!
