Travel notes: Almost 19 years ago, during the summer break of my junior year, Xiaoping and I visited our friend Zhengyong in Sanyi, Miaoli. The world changes, and today, the original crew reunited in the old place. Xiaoping and I came to Sanyi again to meet up with Brother Xiong, which is truly a rare缘分 (fate). After having lunch at the decades-old noodle shop, Lai Xinkui, in Sanyi, the three of us went to the long-unvisited Taian Jingguang Mountain Villa for a nude hot spring bath. While gazing at the mountain views, we drove away the cold of the day in the 43°C hot spring water. After the bath, we strolled through the nearby Tofu Street, then headed to Dahu Winery to buy some strawberry wine. After a quick look at Liyu Tan Reservoir, we finally arrived at Lihpao Outlet in Houli, where we had Korean cuisine at Juandoufu for dinner.
